Due to the geographical distance, IECHO’s machines often need to be transported by a variety of vehicles. The bumpy roads, complicated sea conditions, and more than ten days of transportation time make you have some doubts about the reliability of IECHO's machine packing process. How is the quality of the packaging? Are the boxes properly placed? Is the space effectively used? Today I will take you to follow up IECHO's packing process.
1.Preparation before machine loading
IECHO chose plywood and non-fumigation wooden boxes to pack the machine. Plywood is sturdier than regular sheets or panels of wood, because the veneers are laid with their grains opposing, which also causes the wood product to resist warping because the grains pull each other tight. Because of the way in which plywood is constructed, it also resists cracking, bending, warping, and shrinkage. Depending on the machine model and material, some machines also use steel to build a frame outside the wooden box to provide better protection for the machine.
After ensuring the firmness of the machine packaging, in order to avoid unnecessary damage to the goods during the handling process, the workers will use a forklift to neatly arrange the goods on a flat ground and wait for the truck to arrive.
2.The process of machine loading
After the truck arrived, the workers started packing. The workers planned the space according to the size of the box and the length of the carriage, and chose the best plan for packing. During the packing process, two workers cooperate, one forklift truck and the other directs packing, achieving the maximum space utilization rate while ensuring the safety of cargo transportation.
3.Inspection after machine loading
After loading the goods into the carriages, the workers conduct a second inspection to check whether the goods are placed in a standard manner. After the inspection is completed, the boxes are sealed and the loading is completed.
