To achieve this, the AK4’s core transmission system uses German ARISTO gear rack technology. Its helical gears are rigorously selected and polished through 23 precision processes, achieving micron-level machining precision ensuring “10 years of accuracy”.

 

From the beginning of R&D, IECHO aimed for long-term reliability. Compared with most industry equipment, which experiences a 3–5 year accuracy drift, the AK4 ensures that parts cut today will be identical to those produced three to five years later. This addresses the root cause of batch production quality deviations, eliminating concerns about rework or waste due to precision loss, and truly achieves “one-time investment, long-term stable output.”

 

Focusing on Cost Reduction: Aerospace-Grade Materials + Optimized Airflow Set the Energy Efficiency Benchmark

 

In the industry’s pursuit of green, low-carbon, and cost-efficient solutions, IECHO R&D team tackled the pain points of “high energy consumption and heavy maintenance”, achieving revolutionary innovation in the AK4 structure. The machine bed uses 4cm-thick aerospace-grade aluminum honeycomb material; widely used in airplanes and high-speed trains. After optimization by IECHO, it achieves “lightweight yet exceptionally strong” performance, reducing operational load while improving bed durability.

 

Additionally, IECHO optimized the internal airflow design of the vacuum pump system: a 7.5KW vacuum pump provides over 60% higher suction than traditional 9KW equipment, turning energy-saving technology into a visible cost advantage for customers.

Tackling Production Challenges: Dual Rail Design Ensures High-Strength, Stable Operation

 

For the advertising production industry, characterized by urgent orders and continuous production pressure, IECHO adopted a symmetrical dual-rail structure for the AK4 gantry design. Repeated testing confirmed that rigidity and torsional resistance are significantly improved compared with traditional products. Even under 24-hour continuous high-intensity operation, the AK4 maintains stability, with repeat positioning accuracy errors controlled within 0.1mm, easily meeting urgent order delivery requirements.
