The 2026 Beijing YASN Expo recently concluded successfully. IECHO showcased the new-generation AK4 digital cutting machine for the automotive aftermarket, demonstrating efficient cutting solutions for car decals, floor mats, and interior materials.
With the rapid growth of personalized demands in the automotive aftermarket, traditional manual cutting and die-stamping methods struggle to meet requirements for efficiency, precision, and flexibility. Raw material price fluctuations and stricter environmental regulations increase production costs, while printed patterns and irregular shapes present new challenges.
The AK4 offers a solution while controlling investment costs. It supports high-precision processing of various materials such as car decals, floor mats, and interior materials, improving efficiency, reducing labor dependency, and enabling a more flexible and effective production model.
For automotive floor mats, traditional custom molds cost over 10,000 yuan, with high manual cutting error rates. The AK4 handles irregular patterns with ±0.1mm precision. Its automatic layout function reduces material waste by 15%-20%, and one machine can replace six workers. CAD files can be directly imported, eliminating mold costs and reducing delivery time for small batches from seven days to 24 hours.
For printed floor mats, the AK4 can be equipped with a camera recognition module to precisely detect alignment points, achieving 0.1mm cutting accuracy. Various knife heads; including vibration, roller, and pneumatic knives; support materials such as leather, EVA, and XPE.
During the exhibition, AK4 stable performance received widespread recognition, with ongoing discussions for cooperation. IECHO will continue driving innovation to provide more efficient and intelligent cutting solutions for the automotive aftermarket.
