IECHO AK4 Enters High-End Composite Manufacturing, Ensuring Structural Safety with“ 10-Year Stable Precision”

In aerospace, new energy, and high-end gasket applications, materials are priced by the gram, and cutting precision directly affects structural safety. High-value materials such as carbon fiber prepregs, aramid honeycomb, and fiberglass fabrics require cutting equipment that leaves no burrs, no delamination, and maintains absolute precision under long-stroke, heavy-load cutting.

The AK4 intelligent cutting system is designed for these demanding applications. Co-developed with German ARISTO, it is positioned as a “ten-year precision craft platform,” ensuring extreme stability in composite cutting.

AK4 uses an industrial-grade welded steel body, precision-machined and stress-relieved, with multi-point stress dispersion. Even under high-frequency vibration during high-speed cutting, the frame experiences zero deformation or displacement, ensuring clean edges without delamination while preserving material properties.

For diverse composite cutting needs, AK4 is equipped with the ARISTO inspired high-stability drive system, optimized for long-stroke, heavy-load conditions, with virtually zero backlash. Combined with IECHO custom motion control algorithms, it seamlessly handles all processes from dry fiber fabric cutting to cured composite laminates.

AK4 includes a thermal expansion compensation mechanism, automatically correcting precision deviations in 0°C - 40°C. Precision-ground linear rails and high-strength alloy racks, coupled with intelligent constant-pressure lubrication, maintain ±0.1mm precision even under 24/7 operation.

It handles thick composite materials with ease; versatile heads and dedicated milling/sharp knives adapt to different composite types; a cloud service module supports remote process diagnostics and system updates.

In composites, AK4 is more than a cutting machine; it is a core tool for achieving design intent, ensuring product quality, and controlling manufacturing costs.
