From April 21–25, 2025, IECHO hosted its Company Training, a dynamic 5-day talent development program held at our state-of-the-art factory. As a global leader in intelligent cutting solutions for the non-metal industry, IECHO designed this initiative designed this training to help new employees quickly integrate into the company, enhance professional skills, unleash innovative potential, and build talent reserves for the company’s technological breakthroughs and global strategy.
