GF9 Fully Automatic Multi-Ply Cutting System – Designed for “small-batch, fast-reorder” production, capable of cutting hundreds of lays per day. Paired with the new Z4 spreading machine, the GF9 ensures seamless equipment coordination. With high-precision conveyor technology and a zero window-crossing time design, the GF9 eliminates traditional cutting bottlenecks. Its “cutting while feeding” continuous operation boosts overall cutting efficiency by over 30%. Equipped with automatic sensing and synchronized reverse-air feeding, the system requires no manual intervention during cutting. Extra-long material sections can be spliced seamlessly, and the press-over-window, film-free design significantly reduces material waste and labor costs.
