In the era of digital production, the efficiency of data flow between design software and production equipment directly determines the speed and accuracy of the entire production chain. In traditional models, design files must pass through multiple stages, such as format conversion, manual photo retouching, re-typesetting, and parameter configuration, before entering the production stage. Every single step introduces potential errors and delays. The IECHO PK series intelligent cutting system achieves a seamless digital workflow from design to finished product, allowing data to flow unimpeded between design software and production equipment.
File Format Compatibility: Directly usable without conversion.
The PK series supports more than ten mainstream file formats, including PLT, DXF, PDF, and AI. Works completed by designers in commonly used design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and AutoCAD, can be directly exported into these formats without requiring extra format conversions or data scrubbing. The equipment’s control system can automatically recognize line attributes within the files: lines of different colors and different styles can be automatically identified as different process types, such as through-cutting, half-cutting, creasing lines, or bevel cutting.
Smart Path Planning: Optimal efficiency, minimal air-running.
Once a file is imported, the PK series control software automatically performs intelligent optimization on the cutting path. The software analyzes all the lines that need to be cut, plans the shortest air-running path, and concentrates the cutting of identical areas together, reducing the travel distance of the tool head running in mid-air over the material. For orders containing multiple identical shapes, the software automatically arranges the cutting sequence to maximize the utilization of the material area. For mixed orders of through-cutting and half-cutting, the software prioritizes completing the half-cutting first (preventing material loosening after through-cutting from affecting half-cutting precision) before performing the through-cutting. All of these optimizations are completed automatically, requiring no manual intervention from the user. Smart path planning not only boosts cutting efficiency but also minimizes the wear and tear of the tools caused by empty runs, extending the lifespan of the equipment.
Remote Transmission and Cloud Management: Multi-location collaboration, highly efficient management.
For chain stores or multi-location studios, the IECHO PK series also supports remote file transmission and cloud management capabilities. Once a designer completes a design at the headquarters, the file can be sent directly to the PK series equipment at various storefronts via the network. Store operators only need to confirm the material and press start, with no need for any local design work or parameter adjustments. This feature is particularly vital for chain stores maintaining a unified brand image, ensuring that the finished products outputted by all stores are completely identical in quality. Meanwhile, the cloud management platform can compile operational data for each machine: processing duration, material consumption, order quantities, and more, providing decision-making data for managers. Through full-process digital engineering, the IECHO PK series ensures that cutting equipment is no longer an “information island” in the production chain, but rather a highly efficient execution terminal within a digital workflow.
