Following dual evaluation across digital content and hands-on factory testing, the customer selected the IECHO GLSC automatic multi-ply cutting system to upgrade its production operations.
A proven, field-tested production-grade model, the IECHO GLSC automatic multi-ply cutting system delivers robust and long-term reliable performance. It reaches a maximum cutting speed of 90 m/min and a compressed cutting height of 90 mm. Equipped with a high-frequency oscillating cutter with a maximum speed of 6000 RPM and a maximum acceleration of 0.8G, the machine enables fast start-stop movement and sharp corner response. It quickly ramps up to full working speed when processing complex contours while maintaining stable machine operation for consistent performance under long-run mass-production conditions.
In terms of energy consumption and working-environment performance, the GLSC has a total installed power of 38.5 kW, with an average energy consumption of only 15-20 kW/h even under high-output production, delivering outstanding energy-saving capabilities alongside high throughput. Operating noise is ≤ 80 dB, supporting a low-noise, efficient and eco-friendly factory environment.
