IECHO TK4S Large Format Cutting System Successfully Installed at South Korean Agent Headone

IECHO has confirmed that its authorized South Korean agent, recently completed the on-site installation and commissioning of another TK4S large-format digital cutting system. As a long-term partner of IECHO in South Korea, the company had previously facilitated the delivery and deployment of numerous IECHO cutting units. This latest addition will be integrated into their local sales and service network.

Processing Capabilities and Applications

The TK4S can automatically perform a wide range of processes, including through-cutting, kiss-cutting, engraving, V-grooving, creasing, marking, and punching. It is designed for processing non-metallic materials in both roll and sheet formats. Key industries include:

Automotive interiors, composite materials, signage and packaging, textiles and apparel, home furnishings, medical supplies, footwear, luggage, and wind power.

Fully Automatic Motion Control System

Equipped with the IECHO MC series precision motion control module, the system supports real-time adjustments of operating speed and cutting paths based on specific job conditions, meeting the processing requirements of diverse materials and technologies.

Tooling System

The equipment supports a 1.8KW spindle and is equipped with a fully automatic tool initialization system, which automatically adjusts cutting depth according to material type and processing parameters.

Supports the full range of specialized IECHO tools:

EOT (Electric Oscillating Tool): Driven by a servo motor, the blade vibrates at high frequency to cut through materials. It is ideal for medium-density materials and, with a variety of blades, can handle most flexible materials.

POT (Pneumatic Oscillating Tool): Driven by high-frequency pneumatics with an adjustable stroke of up to 8mm; capable of cutting materials up to 60mm thick.

UCT (Universal Cutting Tool): Capable of cutting materials up to 5mm thick at maximum processing speeds. It offers high cost-effectiveness and low maintenance compared to other tools.

V-CUT: Designed for cutting foam cores and sandwich boards; supports 5 angle settings (0°, 15°, 30°, 45°).

KCT : For cutting thin materials like vinyl, foil, films, tissue paper, and cardboard.

CTT : Used for creasing corrugated materials.

PRT: Specifically for textile cutting.

RZ : With a maximum speed of 60,000 RPM, it processes hard and flexible materials and features an efficient integrated dust extraction system.

Precision Control and Automation

Accuracy Control: Features an automatic blade compensation system to achieve closed-loop control of cutting depth.

Vision System: Integrated with the IECHO automatic camera positioning system, which works with the compensation system to reduce manual positioning errors and trajectory deviations caused by material deformation.

Continuous Operation: Supports multi-task batch scheduling. It can be paired with the IECHO continuous cutting system and automatic feeding/collection devices to achieve a fully automated workflow from material input to finished product collection.

Standard Specifications (from official brochure)

The TK4S is available in three standard processing formats (custom sizes are also available):
