LCT Q&A Part1——Note on material Cross through equipment

1.How to unload the material? How to remove the rotary roller?
—- Turn the chucks on both sides of the rotary roller until the notches are upwards and break the chucks to the outside to remove the rotary roller.

2.How to load the material? How to fix the material by air rising shaft?

—- Put the rotary roller into the material paper roller, find the yellow inflatable holes on the edge of the rotary roller, use the air gun to inject compressed air to make the air up shaft expand to hold up the paper roller, and then put the rotary roller and the material into the chuck together and then fasten it.

3.How the material passes through the machine?

—-The material can be passed through the machine according to the schematics in the Lasercad software. (As shown in Figure 1.1)

4.How is the magnetic particle brake set up?

The start voltage is usually set to 1.5V when the material is fully rolled, and the end voltage is 1.8V.

·Liquid crystal display: display the real-time change rule of the tension force curve, the left side shows the starting voltage 0-10V (corresponding to 0-24V)
Right display termination voltage 0-10V (corresponds to 0-24V)
The center displays winding or unwinding; the output is turned ON or OFF; the curve shows the actual output voltage change rule.
·Power switch: Controls the on/off of the main power supply.
·Function parameter setting and size adjustment: 5 keys.Left limit: Set the height of the left end of the curve, i.e., the starting tension size, press the left limit and release it to adjust the starting tension size by the ↑ or ↓ key.Right Limit: Set the height of the right end of the curve, i.e. the size of the termination tension, press the right limit and release it to adjust the size of the termination tension by the ↑ or ↓ key.Progress/Equivalent: Press the key, the screen displays the progress, and the progress is adjusted by ↑ or ↓, the control instrument has a power-down save function, and the progress key is used for tension adjustment, which is generally less used. Press the key often, the progress will be adjusted by ↑ or ↓.Equivalent N is displayed, and the size is set by ↑ or ↓. Equivalent N indicates that every increase or decrease in the number of laps output tension changes once, the tension curve from the left limit to the right limit changes 1000 times, when the tension curve changes to the right limit still need to continue to work, this time to maintain the value of the constant tension work. n factory set to 50, that is, every 50 laps tension changes 1 ‰.Calculation of equivalent N, N = (R-r) ÷ 400δ.R is the outer warp of the whole roll, r is the inner diameter, and δ is the material thickness.
·Reset change key: Press this key to return the tension to the starting value.
·Work/Disconnect key: control the output on/off, after power on, the output is disconnected, display OFF. after pressing this key, the output is turned on, display ON.

5.How does the deflection sensor work?

—- Before threading, set the deflection “back to center”, and after threading, adjust the center position of deflection sensor to align with the edge of the paper. Figure 1.2 below

6. How does the color-coded sensor teach?
·Press the MODE/CANCEL button once to select the “Teach Mode”. In the workflow state, set the position of the small light spot at the position where the color mark you want to detect passes through.

·Press the “ON/SELECT” button when you want to output on the side with less incoming light, and keep pressing the “OFF/ENTER button” for more than 2 seconds when you want to output on the side with more incoming light.  ”     ”  appears on the display and sampling starts.

·When stable detection is possible: “    ” is displayed on the digital display. When stable detection is not possible: “     ” is displayed on the digital display.

· Slow down the workflow and teach it again.
