LCT Q&A ——Part3

1.Why are the receivers getting more and more biased?

·Check to see if the deflection drive is out of travel, if it is out of travel the drive sensor position needs to be readjusted.

·Whether the deskew drive is adjusted to “Auto” or not

·When the coil tension is uneven, the winding position of the small coil is prone to shift, especially when the tension is uneven and the winding speed is fast, the problem of shift will be more obvious.

2.Why doesn’t the laser emit light when externally triggered during on-the-fly cutting?

·Check to see if the color sensor cursor is aligned to detect the color scale and the sensor light is on. If the color sensor light does not come on, you will need to retest.

3.Why does the laser have false triggers when using external triggers when cutting on the fly?

·Flight is to check whether the color scale is triggered incorrectly, if there is other color interference on the horizontal line of the color scale, you need to set the “color scale shielding distance” in the software.

4.Why does the front and back position of the marking slowly produce an offset when cutting on the fly?

·The unwind tension brake is not on or the proper tension profile is not set.

5.Why doesn’t the magnetic particle brake change according to the set tension curve when cutting on the fly?

·Check whether the magnet and sensor position at the chuck are in the correct position, when the magnet is close to the sensor flashes, it means the induction is successful.
