On June 16, the groundbreaking ceremony for ” New Journey · New Future;  IECHO’s New Headquarters Building and New Intelligent Equipment Industrialization Base Project” is grandly held in Binjiang District, Hangzhou. Settling in the Core Area of Binjiang: Building a High Ground for Intelligent and Innovative Industries

 

The newly grounded headquarters building, namely the IECHO New Intelligent Equipment Industrialization Base Project, is located in the core area of the Binjiang Embodied AI Robot Town. The project is surrounded by a high concentration of industrial innovation resources, a solid digital economy foundation, and a well-developed ecosystem for the high-end equipment industry, boasting outstanding regional advantages and industrial supporting facilities.

 

The project covers a total construction area of approximately 29,964 square meters, including an above-ground construction area of about 19,811 square meters and an underground construction area of about 10,154 square meters. Standing at a building height of 59.95 meters, the main structure is a high-rise R&D and manufacturing complex with 12 floors above ground and 2 floors underground. According to the plan, the project will be laid out around functions such as technical R&D, engineering validation, high-end equipment manufacturing, AI applications, product exhibitions, and customer service, creating a future-oriented intelligent and innovative industrial base.

 

The construction of the new headquarters building is a major milestone for IECHO as it steps into a new phase of development, and it serves as a critical spatial carrier for the company’s future growth.
