IECHO Vision scanning Maintenance in Korea

On March 16, 2024, the five-day maintenance work of BK3-2517 cutting machine and vision scanning and roll feeding device was successfully completed.The maintenance was responsible for IECHO’s overseas after -sales engineer Li Weinan. He maintained the feeding and scanning accuracy of the machine on site and provided training on relevant software.

In December 2019, Korean agent GI Industry purchased a BK3-2517 and vision scanning from IECHO, which is mainly used by customers for sportswear cutting. The automatic pattern recognition function of vision scanning technology greatly improves the production efficiency of customer factories, without the need for manual production of cutting files or manual layout. This technology can achieve automatic scanning to form cutting files and automatic positioning, which has significant advantages in the field of clothing cutting.

However, two weeks ago, the customer reported that there was inaccurate material feeding and cutting during scanning. After receiving the feedback, IECHO sent the after -sales engineer Li Weinan to the customer’s site to investigate the problem and updated and train the software.

Li Weinan found on site that although the scanning does not feed materials, the Cutterserver software could be fed normally. After some investigation, it was found that the root of the problem is the computer. He changed the computer and downloaded and updated the software. The problem was solved.In order to ensure the effect, several materials were also cut and tested on site, and the customer was very satisfied with the test results.

In addition, it not only solved the equipment malfunction, but also improved the performance and stability of the equipment, and further improved the production efficiency of the customer’s factory in the field of clothing cutting.
