Recently, the IECHO team visited Jucheng Co., Ltd., one of the largest producers in Vietnam carbon fiber composite materials sector. Headquartered in Taiwan, Jucheng is an industry leader with five production sites across Dongguan, Vietnam (three plants), and Myanmar, employing over 5,000 people. Their criteria for selecting equipment suppliers are highly representative of market leaders: influence, synergy, and full-lifecycle service capabilities. It is precisely these traits that have made IECHO a long-term partner for Jucheng.
From “Usable” to “Optimal”: Service as a Core Competency
A previous visit by IECHO technicians left a deep impression on Jucheng. The team didn’t just point out operational details like blade installation, zone vacuum suction, and circuit wiring; they helped the client understand that oversimplified improper operation actually accelerates equipment wear.
“There is a massive difference between a machine being merely “usable” versus fully “optimized”, a Jucheng representative noted. “This hands-on guidance allowed us to truly experience the value of IECHO service.”
The Choice of Comparison: Cheap is Waste Without After-Sales
Jucheng shared a common industry pain point. Years ago, they purchased IECHO equipment alongside another brand machine at roughly the same time. The latter was quickly decommissioned due to “poor user experience, non-existent after-sales, and hard-to-find spare parts.”
Jucheng management pointed out that corporate procurement logic has shifted from “focusing on output and quality” to “focusing on service and user experience.” Even if a competitor offers lower prices for similar performance, Jucheng remains firmly committed to IECHO because of their guaranteed after-sales support.
Technical Co-creation: Innovation Driven by the Customer
IECHO technical prowess has reached new heights driven by customer demands:
The DWG Challenge: While bidding for a Vietnamese military enterprise project, the client required equipment to open DWG files directly without conversion; a feature international brands refused to open for a single client. IECHO R&D team solved the problem in just a few days, securing the bid.
The Indonesia Case: An Indonesian client purchased an IECHO machine for tens of thousands of dollars but hoped for features (zero-gap cutting, non-directional cutting) found only in European machines costing over $100,000. IECHO R&D tackled these requirements one by one, significantly boosting the product’s market competitiveness.
“BY YOUR SIDE”: Implementing a Global Service Strategy
With over 400 agents worldwide and more than 35,000 units in operation, IECHO officially launched its “BY YOUR SIDE” global service strategy in 2024.
Jucheng highly values this approach: “The multi-to-one service groups and real-time monitoring, combined with local branch support in Vietnam, are exactly what our 24-hour operations need. Breakdowns are inevitable, but the ability to fix them in the shortest possible time is where the greatest value lies.”
Digital Cutting vs. Traditional Dies: A Leap in Efficiency
Jucheng technical lead detailed the advantages of IECHO digital cutting over traditional die-cutting:
Precision & Savings: Carbon fiber is expensive. While manual die-cutting is prone to low precision and high waste, IECHO automated nesting and cutting ensure exact dimensions and material savings.
Flexibility: For the modern trend of “small-batch, high-mix production” digital cutting provides the agility needed for rapid prototyping and small-batch production.
Currently, Jucheng operates 17 IECHO machines; 12 in Vietnam and 5 in Myanmar; ranging from early BKL models to the latest intelligent cutting systems. This fleet stands as a testament to years of deep cooperation.
By combining technical confidence with a service-first philosophy, IECHO continues to win over clients in Southeast Asia who prioritize long-term value. True competitiveness that weathers economic cycles is built on the promise of being “By Your Side.”
